Hello Everyone my in game name is James Snow I am the Owner of the server and I would like to say welcome everyone even though I didn't get to meet some of you. The server rules are:

1. Roleplay Basics
- Roleplay Basics will teach you the common role-play we don't force in our server. If you commit any of these, you will be punished.

1.1 Deathmatch
- Deathmatching (DM) is attacking and/or killing other players with no in character roleplay reason (i.e., blatantly punching, shooting, etc)
- Car deathmatch also falls under deathmatching. Car DM is attacking continuously and parking on top of players with no roleplay or reason whatsoever.

1.2 Metagame
- Metagame is having out of character information and using them in character.
*Example: Going up to someone and speaking to them, using their name without having been told in character of them through roleplay.

1.3 Powergame
- Powergame is force of roleplay onto others without any attempts or chances. A common definition to Powergame is committing supernatural acts to roleplay which is impossible to do in reality.
- If you are using binds please wait at least three (3) seconds between using binds.
*Example: You're being held down by two or more players in roleplay, and you roleplay back with (/me) pushes them all off and runs.

1.4 Revenge Kill
- Revenge killing (RK) is the killing of the person that killed you first. When you have died by the killer, you lose all memory of that moment and that person.
- The only exception to this is a gang war or family war, in which members of opposing gangs/families can kill each other at any time, without being considered for RK, for as long as the war goes on. This does not apply to civilian gangs (unscripted gangs). (See faction rules to understand gang/mafia wars)

1.5 OOC/IC mixups
- When new to a roleplay server, this is the most common mistake done. Out of character refers to anything that is not associated with your roleplay or in the server. In character is pretty self-explanatory. This also means that using "text talk" is not allowed in character, such as "lol", "wtf", and so on.
*Examples: For OOC usage, there are /b, /pm, /f chats.
*Example #2: You: lol hi. Proper way would be: You: /b lol hi.

1.6 Non-roleplay actions
- Non-roleplay actions refer to interrupting other players' roleplay with deathmatching/spamming/powergaming or any other method of disruption not listed.
- Changing from a white character skin to a black character skin or vice-versa is considered non-roleplay, and not allowed.

1.7 Bunnyhopping
- Bunnyhopping is constantly jumping while running to gain a speed advantage against others.

1.8 The usage of the command, /do
- The command, /do, is used to describe the general environment around you and/or physical actions/appearances around you at the time.
- It should not be used for Succeeds/Fail or S/F, questions, nor should it be used for progressive roleplay. Hence, 1/5, 2/5 and so fourth.

2. Exploits/Hacks
-Using Exploits/Hacks inside of the server will lead to you being banned. Some examples are listed but are not limited below.

2.1 Server exploits
- Exploiting server bugs, as in using & continuing a known or unknown glitch to gain an advantage in stats/skills/etc.
- Picking up money from homes or getting into multiple taxis to gain their money is also another exploit from the game
-Included in the above is also farming assets. The transfer of assets from one of your own accounts to another one of your own or with the use age of a third party is not aloud or approved of. If you plan to do this you MUST seak adminstraion assistance and approval prior to. Not doing this will result in a ban and or, those stats being removed and or revoked.

2.2 3rd party programs/hacks
- Any 3rd party programs, also known as hacks, are tools created for gaining a major advantage in the server, such as money, teleporting, flying, healing, speeding, and so forth.
- This also includes the using packet editors and other known SA:MP hacking tools.

3. Server Properties
- Server properties will explain to you the most basic rules of our SA:MP roleplay server.

3.1 Technology
- Please keep in mind when you roleplay, we are in the year 2012. All of the technology use should mirror that of the time. If you do not understand what technology is currently available now, you can look it up through Google and other browsers to learn more.

3.2 Language
- We are an American-based server, so English is the primary language spoken.
- There are roleplay standards to know a different language other than English, but they must not be overdone.
*Example: If you wish to roleplay a Japanese character, you can speak with: [Japanese] Hello, friend. In-character, they will not understand and you can continue on so. Keep in mind, knowing too many languages is just powergame and non-roleplay.

3.3 Other language uses
- If you are one who doesn't wish to speak English, you must take the conversation into a Private OOC chat, such as /pm or /sms. Keep in mind, if you want it done in character, you must roleplay the language with brackets * [ ] * around the language type and continue typing English, such as the example given in 3.2.

3.4 Server advertisements
- Advertising other servers of roleplay is not allowed. If caught, you will be permanently banned.

3.5 Chain of command
- Many people request administrators and bug higher command with menial duties. Please, if you need a certain type of admin, refer to the Staff List. Please analyze your situation before choosing an administrator.

3.6 The golden rule
- The golden rule in the server is: "Roleplay first, bitch later." We often will enforce the rule in the server if the excess OOC complaining happens and will often end in harsh punishments.
- If you have an issue with someone's roleplay or they broke any of the rules, take screenshots (F8) or have witnesses and fill out a ticket reporting them at the Help, Report & Reports section.

3.7 Respect
- The biggest rule of all: RESPECT everyone in this community when speaking with them OOC. We are a unified community, meaning we're all friends here OOC. We may be enemies IC, but that's all part of the roleplay. It should not advance to OOC. Don't attempt to insult or bash another community member. There is a difference between just playing around, and insulting someone to make them angry.

4. Administration/Game Master Abuse
- Adminstrative and Game Master abuse will not be tolerated and those committing the crime will be punished.

4.1 Administration Abuse
- Constant misuse of administrative commands, as in /slap, /kick, /jail, going /aod in a roleplay situation, etc. to certain players as their "target victims" for whatever reason.
- For lead administrators and higher, handing out weapons, setting warnings/statistics, and so forth.
- If an administrator is abusing, the Los Santos Real Life Council will investigate through the accusation and see whether the administrator abused or not. You guys can help us by reporting them to the Staff Report Section.

4.2 Game Master Abuse
- Constant misuse of power given to a game master onto their "target victims" for whatever reason (same as 4.1).
- If a game master is abusing, the lead/head game masters will investigate through the accusation and see whether the game master abused or not. You guys can help us by reporting them to the Staff Report Section.

5. Miscellaneous Rules
- These miscellaneous rules listed below are our unique rules for Los Santos Real Life SA:MP RP server to keep things fair and fun for everyone.

5.1 Lag abuse
- Lag abuse is using either a script command or your own computer to gain an advantage in a gunfight, chase, etc.
*Example: Hitting F8 for screenshots to lag on purpose, Running many programs on your computer with low RAM, and whatever else associated with this.

5.2 Avoiding roleplay
- Avoiding roleplay is logging (/q) to avoid either a kidnapping, arrest, or any other roleplay situation. You must complete the roleplay before logging off.
- Logging off after being chased and directly logging onto an alternative character to avoid any further roleplay will result in a warning.
- Force crashing is also not allowed. It just makes it worse for you and you will be forced to re-roleplay or face the consequences.
- (For administators/game masters) Going on duty (/aod or /gmod) to avoid roleplay is also not allowed. Doing so will result in an infraction/removal.
- If you actually crashed due to errors, you must report the crash and a teleport back to the roleplay within 15 minutes of the crash. Going on longer will result in Logging to avoid roleplay and a harsh punishment.

5.3 Rape
- In character rape has been disallowed for powergame reasons. The only way to commit a rape is have the victim give OOC approval/consent to the crime.

5.4 Car Jacking
- If you are going to car jack someone who is driving the vehicle you desire, you must have three (3) (/me) commands executed in order to successfully car jack the person and vehicle.
*Example: (Simplest roleplay) (/me) grabs the door handle and swings it open. (/me) punches the driver and pulls him out. (/me) hops into the vehicle and drives off.
- If you are going to car jack a vehicle that isn't occupied, you must use (2) (/me) commands executed in order to successfully car jack the vehicle.
- Do not call public service vehicles (i.e. taxi) and car jack them.
- Do not powergame by spamming the (/me)'s. Give the victim a chance to respond.
- If you are using binds for car jacking, please wait at least three (3) seconds before executing the next bind.

5.5 Fear
- You must roleplay fear when involved into active Roleplay (with at least one other player) that leads into possible attempts on your character's life or health no matter whether the threat is, real or imagined.
- If a player fails to roleplay fear that character will face a warning or Character Kill at the high administrations discretion. Correctly RPing fear will effect any of your character's actions and decisions. It must be RPed as a distressing emotion.

5.6 Vehicular roleplay
- You must drive on the right side of the road at all times as it happens in real life. (Some countries differ, but we base it in America)
- You must respect all road rules, such as stopping at red lights, pulling to the side for emergency vehicles and so forth. (These are not admin punishable but police, which is all in character).
- If flying a helicopter or a plane, do not land in the middle of busy areas or streets.
- Parking in front of the bank or Unity 69¢ store will result in a fine added to your debts.
- Towing vehicles without the driver's approval or randomly to earn money quicker is not allowed and a punishment.
- When driving a motorcycle at high speeds and crashing, you must roleplay the injuries as it happens in real life.
- When crashed into another person's vehicle, roleplay the accident. Do not just leave like nothing happened.
- Ramming or driving by to provoke police or gangs is not allowed. You must have a good in character reason, or it'll be non-roleplay.
- Ramming someone or something is fine as long as it is roleplayed. Failure to roleplay it firsthand will be considered car deathmatch.
- Driver drive-by is not allowed. The only people who can drive-by are passengers.
- No vehicle surfing allowed. (For those who don't know, vehicle surfing is standing on top of the vehicle with no roleplay)
- No vehicle stunting allowed. (For those who don't know, vehicle stunting is doing insane jumps and any other related actions with your vehicle)

5.7 Weapon roleplay
- Picking up weapon spawns from interiors is not allowed, especially at level one (1). They will get you automatically banned through our system.
- If using a single weapon (i.e. 9mm, tec9, uzi) that are made dual through the skill system, do not chicken run when in a gunfight. Chicken running refers to running circles around the victim to avoid getting hit and gaining an advantage.
- C-bugging is also not allowed, as it is a major advantage in shootouts and is unfair to those who don't know of it.
- Small weapons (i.e. deagle, uzi, 9mm) do not require roleplay to take out, but really recommended to do so anyway.
- When pulling out large weapons (i.e. shotgun, ak47), you must roleplay them out from a trunk or somewhere that makes sense where a huge weapon can be hidden in. You must also roleplay putting large weapons away before using a small weapon.
- If an arms dealer, do not abuse the /sellgun system to gain a higher level for the bigger weapons. Spamming /sellgun to do so will result in your skills reset and a harsh punishment.

5.8 Scams
- Scamming committed out of character is not allowed and will lead to harsh punishment. They must be done in character.
- Scamming homes, businesses, and vehicles to other players are disallowed. They have to be done officially and both players hold their word in the deal.
- Small items can be scammed, as drugs, materials, cash, and weapons. There's a scamming/robbing cap of 10,000 Materials, 5,000 Drugs, and 10,000 Cash.

5.9 Robbery
- Players in the server are not allowed to mug/rob other players of levels one-two (1-2). They are here to learn of the server and should not be harassed while they're visiting.
- Robbing a business/store must be approved by a lead administrator or higher, but must give a good reason for committing the robbery.

5.10 Law Enforcement Roleplay
- Law enforcement are not to taze a suspect with a brandished weapon shooting.
- When avoiding arrest from law enforcement, you cannot jump into Ocean waters. Only small bodies as lakes and rivers are allowed. They cannot taze while chasing a suspect in waters.
-When evading from the police and you plan to use a pay and spray or carwash you must ensure you are no longer being chased. If you are not sure you can /report and confirm with an admin that the police did infact loose sight of you.
- Breaking in or out of prison requires a lead or higher administrator and a high command unit officer's approvals.
- Prison Break Ins/Breaks require the Police Department to be prepared at the prison, armed as if they were prison guards.
- Officers are not to ever hand out Armory weapons to civilians or gangs. Doing so will be removal of PD and harsh punishment.
- Officers are not to ever trunk any PD weapons, for any reason.
- PD are required to roleplay pressing their panic button (located on their radio, nowhere else) before using /panic.
- If law enforcement obtain a Search and Seizure order (must be authorized by a lead administrator or higher not connected to law enforcement) to arrest any member of a particular group, then they must not camp the area surrounding the headquarters as this is unfair to the group in question; they may initiate one raid per hour until the assailant(s) are apprehended. During the Search and Seizure Operation, criminals who are linked to the activities from which the operation resulted but don't have charges with sufficent evidence may be detained without arrest for up to 30 mins, then released.
- Law enforcement also have a San Andreas State Law sheet. Read through to understand the crimes, fines, jailing time, and more.
- During prison time, you are not allowed to use a donation name change to avoid serving the time. You may change your name, but you must still serve your sentence and anything else that is associated with the prison time, such as car impounds.
- If you're killed and not put into the auto crack animation, PD are entitled to getting a player teleported back to continue roleplay.
- You cannot use a stats transfer/name change if you decide to self-ck in prison, it will be considered as a normal self-ck with no stats transfer. Other self-ck situations, you may do so.

* Law Enforcement / Gang Ratio Character Kills
- Law enforcement can ratio CK a suspect 4 to 1. Suspects can ratio CK an officer 6 to 1. Remember, the victim must shoot first in order to initiate the CK ratio, and the numbers must stay as the ratio allows in order to validate the CK! This falls under Self CK.
- All cops must be shooting at the suspect at the time the suspect is killed.
- The initial RP starts when the party getting CKed, fired at the opposing side.
- If at any point said party who is going to be CKed successfully escapes, a second ratio CK can only occur 10 minutes afterward.
- You must be able to provide a SS or video of the patrons shooting as well as, the time it occurred; or A Lead Admin+ tving the situation
- You must be within the ratio amount, meaning if there are two gang members, there must be 8 cop’s; 4 shooting at each. If the ratio is 5 cops to one of those gang bangers and 3 cops to the other, the patron who has the 5 cops is the CKed patron. The same applies for CK Ratio’s on the Police.
-If you think a CK ratio is going to happen in an upcoming RP, /report stating it

5.11 Property ownership
- Only one (1) home and business is allowed to you overall. It cannot be to each account you possess while on SA:MP.
- Only three (3) trade/home vehicles are allowed to you overall. It cannot be to each account you possess while on SA:MP.

5.12 Other
- Administrator jailing is for OOC punishments, so no roleplay must be involved while in admin jail.
- When in a shootout, if you leave the shootout in order to heal (health or armor), you may not return for 5 minutes after you've healed.
- Should an Administrator request a screenshot with a specific reason (reason doesn't need to be told), it's required that the player take the screenshot and send it to the Administrator.
- You cannot tackle a suspect/player if a weapon (gun) is brandished, pointed directly at you, or is actively being fired around you.
- You may not directly roleplay with any alternative characters with your main character.
- You may hide your ID using the /hidelicenses command in game. Unless that command was used the licenses are on you. No disputes.
- Spamming commands (/tackle, /knockout, /taze) to pause roleplay or anything else is non-roleplay and abuse. An administrator must be present if the roleplay is to be paused.

6. Faction Rules
- These rules are made specifically for factions of official or civilian status and must be followed or the faction will fall under.

6.1 Scripted factions
- Scripted factions are official factions that hold a spot in the SA:MP Roleplay script and are the major influences to the civilian factions, as well as the whole server in roleplay.
- The factions must always follow the rules of the SA:MP Roleplay server and enforce them into the faction. Failure to do so will result in faction warnings and possibly unscription.
- Factions are to have only four leaders.
- If a leader of any faction receives a name change, they'll lose their leader position, and cannot obtain leadership for two (2) weeks from the date of the name change.
- If a member of any faction uses a name change, they cannot rejoin the same faction for five(5) days.
- A leader of a faction may NOT transfer their leader status to an alternative character until it has properly been roleplayed over the course of two (2) weeks.

6.2 Civilian factions
- Civilian factions are factions who are just starting out in the server and must work to get officially scripted if they desire.
- In order to succeed as a faction and get official, you must meet the requirements and enforce the SA:MP Roleplay server rules into the faction. Failure to do so will result in a removal/deletion of the faction and its thread/channels. (Thread will be made soon for this rule)

6.3 Shootouts/Brawls
- (The "Don't pull out your gun during a brawl" Rule) You are not allowed to pull out guns in brawls unless most of your faction is unable to continue the brawl. In this case, the gun may be used as a way of defending your faction members and scaring the other faction away OR to allow yourself to run away. Your objective is to defend not chase after the enemies that run away.
- You must roleplay taking some sort of cover behind something to defend yourself.
- Running around a person in circles is considered as Chicken Running and is Non-Roleplay.
- Running in big circles instead of running for some cover to avoid bullets is considered Non-Roleplay.
- Running from side to side or in very sudden zig-zag lines is considered Non-Roleplay.(don't confuse with strafing from side to side)
- Charging in/Running up to enemies in a very upfront manner while under gunfire is considered Non-Roleplay.
- If you are killed during a faction conflict situation, you cannot involve yourself in another conflict for a period of 30 minutes following your death.
- If you are beaten up, then roleplay being too hurt to fight.
- If you are shot, roleplay your still recovering from the shooting.
- You also cannot come back to the fight immediately after that even if you have been told about it in character.
- No camping in general. Rolling past "hoods" and such is fine, no camping in general, not even for 5 minutes. Too much chance of powergaming etc. Rolling past hoods on a constant basis for no RP reason WILL be considered as camping.
- Do not contact an enemy faction member, complaining about being killed or an attack taking place. If it was done outside the server rules, then take as many screenshots as you can and post them on the forums. However, You can /report if the event is currently happening and an admin will hopefully assist you but please don't add any further conflict to the conflict by taking things out of character.

6.4 Faction Wars & Rules (Not Turf Wars!)
- In order to have a faction war, both main leaders of the opposing faction must approve with a lead or higher administrator present to verify along with the war rules and agreements.
- An administrator must be appointed to each opposing faction to watch over and make sure nothing goes wrong in the war.
- Faction war rewards will be determined prior to the war beginning by both faction leaders. E.G. Money, Materials, Drugs, Bragging Rights. Character Kills on members/leaders of a faction must be approved by a lead admin who originally allowed the war and agreed on by both sides.
- The war will start at a designated time agreed upon by the two factions. There must be an even number of members from each faction, to make the war fair and just. Only a one(2) player difference will be allowed. E.G 6v8 is fine, 5v8 is not. To achieve fair numbers, a faction will either wait or remove a player from the war to make it even.
- If a civilian faction is going to war with an official faction. A person with armor does not count as two(2) members/players.
- When both factions have acknowledged a faction war will start, they will gather resources, heal, get firearms and group up. Each faction is allowed 5 minutes to do this until the official war and rounds/waves begin.
- All weapons are permitted. The "Don't pull out your gun during a brawl" rule will NOT apply here.
- There will be Three(3) waves. Best out of 3 will win the faction war.
- After the 5 minute period, both factions will be announced to attack the opposing faction.
- When the factions collide, the war begins.The main objective of each faction is defeat/kill all other opposing faction members during that wave. The faction, whose members are all dead, is the losing faction for that round.
- When a round is won by one faction. The wave is over, and all members are forced back into their respective "hoods" or HQ's to re-group for another wave. The process repeats again, until one faction has won two(2) out of three(3) waves. The prize determined at the beginning of the war will be distributed, by supervision of the Lead+ admin who approved the faction war.

7. Premeditated/Character Kills/Name Changes
- These explain the differences of both PK and CK and how they should be used properly.

7.1 Premeditated Kills
- Faction Premeditated Kills (FPK) work somewhat similar to Character Kills (CK) in regards to a factions setting. They are most commonly used by faction leaders to kick members out of their faction through killing them.
- Super administrators and higher possess the command to PK the player once the roleplay kicking out of the faction has been successfully done and has been killed.
- This is not the official death of your character. All you lose is your memory of the faction and memories while in it. (i.e. HQ, hangouts, members, etc)
- If a member of a faction wishes to leave, they can simply /quitfaction. However, you risk the chance of being FPK’ed by your previous faction to rid your knowledge of there faction.
- If you are FPK'ed out of a faction, you cannot join that faction for a period:
Civ Factions: Member 5 Days - Leader 1 Week
Scripted Factions: Member 5 Days - Leader 2 Week's
If You Have Been Cked: Member 5 Days - Leader 2 Weeks (For both Civ / Scripted Factions)
- You are not allowed to roleplay with the faction you were faction fpk'ed from what so ever. Only after the 5 days you may begin to do so, to enter back in as a NORMAL member. If you where a leader, you need to wait the full two weeks (9 days after you can re-enter). Violating this rule, will get you warned for the offense.
- If a member has been uninvited or left without being officially killed, the faction and its leader are allowed to FPK that particular member at any point. Regardless, if they have joined another faction(including PD) or not, there is no time limit. As long as there is still the IC connection between the leader/faction and the player who left.
- If the PKed was a "treasurer" of some sort, all funds that were for faction purposes are refunded back to the leader and faction. Homes/businesses owned by that person continue staying under their name.


7.2 Character Kills
- Character Kills (CK) are the permanent death of your character and its storyline.
- Self CKs are acts of suicide, ending your character's life.
- In order to CK someone, you must fill out a CK application on the victim and forum message it to any lead or higher administrator and have it approved.
- If the lead or higher administrator is in the faction you're in, you cannot send the application to them. You have to send it to a neutral administrator.
- You must have good and valid information on the victim for the CK application to have more chances in getting approved.
-The application must be submitted and approved before making any roleplay connections tying up to the CK.
- When sending in screenshots, there must be clear evidence showing who gave information, AND how that person received the information.
-When sending in an application, the screenshots must NOT have anything blurred out.
- If your application has been denied by the administrator, you must wait a maximum of one (1) week to re-submit the application. Re-submitting to another administrator immediately after its first denial will result to a possible warn and a longer wait time of two (2) weeks.
- If a member of any faction gets a CK Application denied, that entire faction must wait 2 weeks before making another CK Application on the same person.
- Once the application has been approved, the applicant is as vulnerable to the CK as the victim. If killed by the victim, the applicant will be reverse CKed and the victim is null of that CK unless another person submits an application on same victim.
- The player who submits the CK application must be present, and be actively involved in the CK, unless the task has been given to someone else in-character (This must be shown in the application) *See Below*
- If the applicant hires someone to capture or kill the CK victim, they (the applicant) must be present at the kill for the CK to be valid. Unless approved by a Head Admin to not be present at the CK.
- You are not allowed to have a name change/stats transfer if there is a FBI/PD Warrant for your arrest or death row sentence. No exceptions unless approved by the SAMP Owner.

* Character Kill aftermath
- Once the victim has been CKed, they lose their name and all their possessions in game with only 25% of their bank and level reimbursed. People will available stat transfers get all their possessions and statistics back (50% of their bank, Vehicles, Business and House), but are limited to their number of CK transfers given through donations.
- If the victim self CKed, the player loses everything and will have nothing reimbursed to them.
- If the victim was a faction leader (w/ admin given armor), they are not to join the same faction for five (5) days and cannot obtain leadership for two (2) weeks from the date of the CK, but they can roleplay with the faction.
- You must roleplay your way back as leader in order to receive it back properly. You cannot just make a "sibling" character and make it the next in line for leadership.
- If the victim was a faction member, they cannot join the same faction for five (5) days from the date of the CK, but they can roleplay with them.
-Your roleplay on the new account can not relate to anything that you roleplayed on your previous account.**(See not below)
- Stat transfers may ONLY be used after a CK to transfer stats from the CK'd account to a new account.
- After being CK'd, if you have an available stat transfer, you may use it.
**Exceptions may be valid to this rule, ask a lead admin+ for information on the above.

* Other Character Kill
- The /giveup command is now viable for a CK.
- If you happen to be in the automatic /crack animation after losing health under 10hp, you can choose to /giveup.
- If you /giveup to avoid roleplay with other players you will be warned by an Administrator. This means, when you are in the auto /crack animation, and players are trying to RP with you. Such as; Medics, Gangs, Mafias or Civilians, you cannot /giveup until the RP is complete.
- You can /giveup after a given of two(2) minutes after you fall into the auto /crack animation, if no player is around and RP'ing with your character.
- If you roleplay your death with detailed /me's, during the course of the auto /crack animation and finally conclude with the command /giveup. Your character will be Character-Killed under Self-CK Rules(No Stats). Unless you are a donator with available CK Transfers.






7.3 Name Changes
-There is now a three(3) day request for a name change. This also includes IC Legal name changes, which isn't a complete character change, just a name.
**Some points to remember:**
- The donation MUST be confirmed before you can request a name change.
-You must then /report in game to have a lead+ admin fill out your name change request. At this time the 3 days begins.
- In three(3) days after the request, you may request a Lead+ administrator to fulfill that request of the name change.
- CK Stat Transfers don't apply to this waiting period, and can be used straight away after the CK.
- Your name change must be confirmed before any roleplay connection that leads up to your CK, otherwise it may not be used.
- The rule of using a name change in prison still applies, you can't change your name in prison until your sentence is over. Remember that.
- If you request a name change, then decide to not use it in 3 days. When you request a name change again, you'll need to go through the waiting process once again.
